BYD SHARK 6 Premium: The Hybrid Powerhouse Ute The BYD SHARK 6 Premium is a versatile plug-in hybrid utility designed for fleets that require heavy-duty performance with metropolitan efficiency. Built on the DMO (Dual Mode Off-road) platform, it pairs a 1.5L turbo engine with dual electric motors to produce a class-leading 321kW of power and 650Nm of torque. The Premium trim offers a professional workspace featuring a 15.6-inch rotating touchscreen, a head-up display, and a 12-speaker Dynaudio sound system as standard. For work on-site, the integrated 6.6kW Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) system provides power outlets in the tray and cabin to run tools and equipment directly from the vehicle’s 29.58kWh Blade Battery. With an 800km combined range (NEDC) and 100km of pure electric city driving, it significantly reduces operational fuel costs without the range anxiety of a traditional EV.
